NFT Payment Solutions
The “NFT Payment Solutions” challenge, sponsored by Circle & USDC, aims to open up the NFT space to the world by simplifying the way NFT transactions are conducted. With simplified payment methods and the inclusion of fiat money in NFT transactions, non-fungible tokens can go beyond the traditional crypto sphere and become mainstream.
NFT Vision Hack x Circle
NFTs are gaining widespread popularity. However, the vast majority of NFTs are currently only available on-chain, and only a very small number of all people are currently on-chain. This can be exemplified by the fact that Metamask, the most popular EVM compatible crypto wallet, has 5 million users, representing 0.06% of the world population. Hence, the vast majority of humanity has yet to get access to most of the available NFTs.
As such, there is currently a need for solutions to simplify the ways NFTs are bought and sold, for people who are not familiar with on-chain wallets.
The Challenge
Build an NFT payments solution with the best possible customer experience. NFTs are a global phenomenon, catering to crypto-enthusiasts and non-crypto-native consumers.
By incorporating USDC and payment gateways like Circle APIs into your payments solution, you will allow people to easily buy, sell, and/or store NFTs with both crypto and traditional payment methods.
For a successful submission by August 30th, the date when the submissions are closed, you will need to share the following:
- Working Prototype (optional)
- Publicly accessible code repo
- 2-slide deck explaining the solution
- 2-min video (optional)

When is the deadline to submit my project?
Submissions are open from 3 July to 30 August.
How many people can be on a team?
You can participate solo or in a team. Teams can include up to 5 team members. You can team up with software developers from any country, or with any type of experience!
Can I submit one project to more than one track?
No. To be fair to all teams and participants, each project can only be submitted for one track. However, you can submit different projects for different tracks.
